1. Services

BRV Valeting provides mobile car valeting and detailing services to customers across West Sussex. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment where applicable. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or card. Prices are subject to change; final pricing is confirmed at point of booking.

3. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Liability

BRV Valeting is fully insured. In the event of accidental damage caused by us, we will work with our insurer to resolve the issue. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear that is identified during the service.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
